Canadian Edenite Mike LeBlanc (musicmanmike on the forum) sits atop his rack, which includes not one but two VT.40 amplifiers. Mike says he loves the growl he gets from his twins, and gets tons of compliments on his sound. When asked, his answer is "quite simple, really. I can't get a bad sound."

Here's a shot of Basstalk -- AKA Dennis Irish, with his "best investment" - a WT550 powering a 210XLT and 115XLT. Dennis says it's a "great sounding rig. Eden knows how to do it." We think Dennis knows, too. |
Here's a shot of Norman Harrell (Normondo to Edenites) with his CXC-410 Combo rig. Currently living in Va. Beach, Virginia, Norm plays with "Snuff". The band formed in the early 1970s and produced two studio albums in the 1980s on the Warner Brothers/Curb label. They now do club dates and concert openers in the Hampton Roads area. And Norm makes sure the bass is full and powerful, the tone distinct and clear.

German Edenite Bassmann1968 (Armin Basten) sent us this shot of his entire inventory, which includes enough gear for at least two bassists. Shown here are his paid of D-410XLT cabs, a D-810RP and a pair of 210s, one each of the XLT and XST variety. Power is provided by our WP-100 Navigator pre-amp and WT-100 power amp. For back-up and smaller gigs, Armin uses the WTX-260. You may wonder why Armin has so much gear. Perhaps one reason is that he plays in a 25-piece big band - Green Frame. He tells us that "frame" is slang for a case of beer, and their favorite brand has green labels. Personally, we think any band that comes up with a name like this just has to be fun! |
